Returns

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
• For international returns, please ensure the package is sent with a trackable courier service.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@lullabystich.com with your order number and photos of the item.
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
